Heal Jam is designed to be used very sparingly, thereโs no need to use it more than once a week to see amazing results. -
USE HEAL JAM IN THE EVENING BEFORE BED
We recommend using Heal Jam in the evening before bed, then apply your favorite moisturizer or cream. Avoid anything harsh or irritating right after treatment. Your skin will be a rosy and flushed which will fade in a few hours. -

HOW TO USE HEAL JAM?
- Use in the evening before bed and only once a week. Wet the area youโd like to target with warm water. Scoop out a small amount of polish onto your fingertips. Rub between your fingertips or palm to spread it out. (Remember Heal Jam is pure dermabrasion you donโt need allot!) Use your fingertips to apply your polish to wherever you need it. Use small, circular motions. Be gentle: let the polish do the work for you. Rinse the area with warm water, then gently pat dry. Apply your favorite moisturizer or cream. We recommend Rosy Cheeks, Skin Mend or Heal Stick
